A Word from Our Fund-Raising Chair

The Perinatal Council's fundraising activities are expanding to meet our growing challenges. For the past three years, the annual "Taking Care of Our Own" awards banquet has been a highlight of our fund-raising program, and we are deeply grateful to the loyal friends who have attended the banquet since its inception. In the future, we hope to make the evening an even more sparkling—and profitable—event by increasing the number of corporate underwriters and major donors to the silent auction.

However, as interested as we are in fund-raising, we are even more interested in "friend-raising"—that is, building awareness of The Perinatal Council's work and building relationships with those who might be willing to volunteer for one of our programs, become a member of the board, and/or commit or significant resources, either through an annual donation, a planned giving program, or a capital campaign.

We look forward to helping The Perinatal Council continue to offer services that are always in the interest of the child, and, of course, we invite your monetary or in-kind contributions to further our important work.
