Our Philosophy

Almost all of the programs at The Perinatal Council feature a case management approach—a
one-to-one supportive relationship that engenders trust and openness. The Case Manager is the linchpin of our programs, because for many of our clients, he or she may be the client's first and only positive role model. Case Managers not only provide direct services to clients, but they also link them to a full spectrum of other community programs and services, thus giving clients "one-stop" access to the help they need, whatever its source. Having such an advocate makes it easier for clients to navigate the system and receive critical services in a timely manner.
